YOU AGREE THAT ANY ACTION RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, SHALL BE BROUGHT IN THE COURTS OF SOLANO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY PROCEEDING THAT TAKES PLACE RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
