Hi Fans! My most memorable moment was Maastricht 2007, just a few days ago. Andre walked to the stage, looked up, saw our banners and waved! I am enclosing a few pictures. The "new Al Robeson" is Brian Dickinson. Andre discovered him in the Harlem Gospel Choir. The golden decorations in Andre's gate are birds as you can see. I am also sending a picture of Gemma and Nand's (from Belgium) hotel room with the webcam above. And a picture of my banners.

    I think Harmel is a misspelling. Andre said the Harlem Gospel Choir. Brian is singing a magician's song "Diggi Daggi" (from Mozarts operette: Zauberflote). The picture shows Brian as an Egyptian high priest, singing "O, Isis and Osiris" also composed by Mozart. The third song was Gershwin's "I've got plenty of nothing" (Porky and Bess musical). Next year Maastricht concerts are: 4, 5 and 6 July 2008.

      thanks ineke! now the outfit makes sense! love the zauberflote ...one of mozart's best opera's...certainly the most popular. porgy and bess is a wonderful musical too. now, there is some music i'd like to hear more of. i think many of the tracks from porgy and bess would be well employed at an andre concert. i'm sure europeans would love the tunes...thanks for answering.     I am sure. It was on the big screens in Maastricht. There are even rumors about six concerts next year. Three at 4,5,6 July and three at 11,12,13 July. The first weekend is sure, the second is not yet confirmed.
