Yes it sounds like it is the 6 episodes that was shown on Ovation Channel and called "The Fairytale". In Australia, most of it was included as a bonus on the "Wonderland DvD". I have it and it basically covers the making of Wonderland and also covers Andre tours of Japan. Its good -like everything Andre !!!

There is irony in this DVD.
A real - life experience with a great deal of endurance, hard work, faith, pride, and much much more. This can stay with a person for a period of time while creating this masterpiece. It leaves and moves onto another adventure.
A Fairy Tale is said to be not true. It is mythical, not of this real world. It appears easily bound, rich in splendour and fun, happiness and glorious feelings of laughter and as much love as the human soul can contain.
Either way one looks at it, the bottom line is: Watch this DVD. It will bring out emotions and touch one's heart. It will take one back to their childhood, which is filled with mythical creatures and steadfast strength to continue on. Both reality and the mystical wrapped in one.

It has not been released on DvD in Australia. It has been shown a few times on Ovation Channel, but they do not have it in the shop.

Hi all, Where can u buy this dvd? i Really like this one! Also i heard that the concert he just taped wont be out until next year! but i wonder if he recorded the concert in toronto? i would love the dvd of that!

Hello Gordon, welcome to Andre Rieu Fans blog. The Fairy Tale will be released the end of August as far as I know. It was made for Australia so we will need to buy it from that country. Hans Music in Melbourne is one place that may have it and you can start to look on Amazon for pre orders. Keep checking back with us for more information. I hope you will enjoy andrerieufans.com

Ok Jeff, your wait is over. You can pre-order The Fairy Tale at Hans Music Spot in Melbourne for end of August release. I think it is $29.00. I am going to put it in my cart but I am waiting for him to email me with the shipping cost to America. You must register before you buy but that allows you to pre-order things and take advantage of others deals on the site. It is a pretty nice place. So go get registered and then put your order in. Everyone else can pre-order also. Hugs
