Oh Inge, don't you like the shirts?   I liked the black tee but the ladies colors I did not like so I bought a man's small.  Hope it is not too large.  I ordered the pin also.  Anyone else have a weak moment and purchase anything??  Thanks Inge for your answer.  Maybe you will change your mind for Christmas presents!  Luckily we need to pay in euros.  We get a discount for Aussie dollars.  Hugs

NO, JEANINE ANN, I DO NOT BREAK DOWN FOR THAT STUFF, IF I WOULD WALK AROUND IN A T-SHIRT WITH ANDRÉ ON IT, MY FRIENDS WOULD PUT ME IN THE LOONY BIN, BESIDES, IF I really WANTED ONE, I WOULD BUY THE T-SHIRT I LIKE AND PUT MY FAVORITE PICTURE OF HIM THAT I TOOK MYSELF WITH LASER ON IT, AN ORIGINAL, BUT I HAVE SO FAR ONLY MY CATS ON MY T-SHIRTS.

Hi Inge, Cats are a great thing to have on your shirts too but I must have Andre on my shirts also.  That is my way to market him.  The people in my community all love him.  We show his DVD's to them whenever my sister has a computer meeting and all these women are crazy about him, men too.  So when they see me they know I wear these shirts and they love it.  I am so proud of him and I want the world to know about him.  I was thinking of making a shirt like you do.  I have a tote bag with his photo but it is not my photo.  My sister took my favorite photo from the Reading concert two years ago where he was looking right at me when I took his picture and smiled and she had it done on a coffee mug.  She also makes a calendar for me every year with my concert photos.  Isn't she sweet!  Take care.  Hugs

I'm assuming these are priced in Australian dollars, but even so it's pretty expensive. Although the items look very nice, I haven't seen any of them on André's website (even the calendar looks different) which makes me wonder if he authorized this or if someone is just trying to make money off of him.

THESE PRICES TOO HIGH FOR ME! I WOULD RATHER PURCHASE MUSIC FOR THOSE DOLLARS. KATI

Now remember these prices are in Australian dollars and that includes shipping would be lower too, about 40% I believe.  Well I got three items anyway.  Just could not resist that shirt with André face and violin on it.  Hugs

I don't know Kay.  I think it is legit because of using the signature like the pin.  The calendar may have a different cover because things released in Australia usually have a different cover.  The photo book is the same as the one on Andre's site.  I will see what the merchandise looks like when I get it.  Hugs

That's what I got..that pin. Unique. I can imagine the crowds from the concerts.. they will end up getting items. The Program Book is good for those of us would could not attend concerts, but I wonder if it is the book they will have at N.America's 2009 events.

I wonder too Sally.  I was going to get that program but was thinking the same thing.  Did you order it?  I still may get it.  I am a real sucker for anything André as you know.  Hugs

I'm sure you're right, Jeanine Ann. They couldn't use his signature without his permission (at least I hope not). It's just my skeptical nature and I want to be sure André gets his share of the profits. Paying in Australian dollars is less expensive than paying in Euros.

I hope they do not either.  But the shirts look real nice I think.  I really would love the violin neckace in the boutique but will have to save for that because it is in euros.  Kay your package is going out Monday.  Sorry for the delay.  Hugs

Jeff, I just bought 2 days ago a new uncoded DVD player, they are really cheap now, only 65.-- $, you can get them for 45.-- $ , too, they play everything, also PAL

Isn't it great most of the DVD players, now play NTSC & PAL?  (I think Sony is the only brand that does not play PAL now, but be sure to check the box, ask and look online)

I play most of my DVDs in my computer.  Most all our computers play both NTSC & PAL as well.  Mine is an HD, Blueray as is my monitor, so it's fine for me to put on the wide monitor.

Is there anywhere I can purchase one of the beautiful music stands that the orchestra uses?
    1. November 20, 2008 Webmaster Sally wrote:
Robyn, I wouldn't mind having a stand myself. Years back Andre used to sell his old stands in his Boutique. I haven't seen them in quite a while now, and I've never seen the new stands for sale.

I would love to have one also Sally and Robyn.  I didn't know that André sold his old stands at one time!  Wow wouldn't that have been something to have!  Hugs

He sold the old ones years ago.  Andre even sold a smaller version of them.  I wish I would have bought a couple.  I almost did thinking it would be good for my daughter who plays clarinet.

I've never seen the new ones offered for sale.
