Andre is a fantastic description of how determination and hard work can lead through the winding path of life to eventual success. Andre Rieu is a very good example of how a person can "put aside" a passionate endeavor for a while and have a rest from it and then return refreshed to it and achieve great success.
It also describes and illustrates my belief that music is a medium through which people can gain much happiness and diversion from the problems that they encounter in their lives. To see the enjoyment of our senior citizens gained from Andre's performances is a very good example of this.

i recommend to anyone who has lost a love one or feeling lost, go and see Shirley, and Marlene, Andre Rieu Concert, was a spectualar and night you won't forget in a life time. The 3 and 1/4 hours you are their, you forget all about your down.... enjoy the show everyone, and for those who can't make it turn on his DVD, get a glass off wine, and enjoy. Well done Tess - great photos. wasn't it a great night! I enjoyed the Australian content particularly as by then I was in the crowd at the front of the stage and got to see Andre & JSO up close as I had wanted to. Brilliant night all round.
