Thank You For Serving Our Country

A special THANK YOU to all who have served this great country of ours. We hold you in our prayers and in our hearts and memories. We thank you for the selfless acts of bravery and the giving of your lives. We thank the families of all these brave men and women who have had to bear the loss of loved ones.
May we never forget.
"Lost Heroes"
Ocean bird, I wish to tell you
A story from a long time ago.
Oh ocean bird, I wish to tell you
That sad old song you have to know.
America, so many heroes
They left their homes and crossed the waves.
America, you sent your young boys
Oh ocean bird, how must I tell you
That sad old song? They came to save us!
America, so many heroes
They lost their lives and filled the graves.
America, we love your heroes
America, we are your friends
America, well always love you
And keep you in our hearts and hands
America, so many heroes
They left their homes and crossed the waves.
America, you die of grief now
Oh ocean bird, how must I tell you
That sad new song? They are in pain now!
America, we share your sorrow,
America, let hope remain...

I HAVE A SOFT SPOT IN MY HEART FOR ALL OF OUR VETERANS

Thank You for your Service to our Country. May God Bless You.

"Lost Heroes" is such a touching song. Marjorie did a wonderful work in writing the lyrics to this song. The music is extremely beautiful.
More than just one day of the year, I remember our heroes who have given their all for freedom. They bring peace and hope to everyone. I only wish that we would be fortunate enough to share in a world filled with peace.
Many thanks for all who serve in our Armed Forces, near and abroad.
You make us all proud!
Today is the day we remember all those who died in service to our country. There are many services everywhere and a special 3pm moment of remembrance. I would like to thank all those who honor all those who died. In Europe alone, there are more than 104,000 of our military dead,8,301 in the Netherlands at Margraten. There is some pictures on Andre's site, of a widow who donates her husband's army uniform to Pierre's WW11 museum. Personally, we have a young soldier from our town, who was just recently killed in Bagdad, and at one of our cemetaries, lies one of our town's soldier's who was killed at Pearl Harbor in 1941. So everywhere, there are those who are remembered and honored for their sacrifice. God bless you all, and Thank You.
Thank you for your tribute, Jennine Ann! It would be good if we all stopped for a moment today and said a prayer for our Nation and our faithful men and women serving. Personally, I have a nephew returning to Afghanistan in three weeks for his second tour of duty. God Bless all of them! Barb Henderson
