Andre Rieu is working with rapper Ali B. The Dutch violinist and conductor Andre Rieu sees a collaboration with his compatriot and rapper Ali B.
The two met recently for a double interview for a magazine and liked it so well that they might work together musically. So says a spokesman for the Dutch magazine 100% NL Magazine.
Rieu was successful worldwide and last month ended in fourth place in the Top 25 best-selling tours, compiled by the authoritative U.S. magazine Billboard. Ali B has previously worked with singer Marco Borsato. Their song "What would you do" became a hit in the Netherlands. (LEE)

01 september 2009, 11:15De Nederlandse violist en orkestleider André Rieu ziet eensamenwerking met zijn landgenoot en rapper Ali B wel zitten. De tweeontmoetten elkaar onlangs voor een dubbelinterview voor een tijdschriften dat beviel zo goed dat ze wellicht op muzikaal vlak gaansamenwerken. Dat meldt een woordvoerder van het Nederlandse blad 100 %NL Magazine.Rieu is wereldwijd succesvol en eindigde vorigemaand nog op de vierde plaats in de Top 25 van bestverkochte tournees,opgesteld door het gezaghebbende Amerikaanse Billboard Magazine. Ali Bwerkte eerder samen met zanger Marco Borsato. Hun nummer "Wat zou je doen" werd een hit in Nederland. (LEE)
