Andre Rieu Builds A Palace in Amsterdam
Andre Rieu Zet de Amsterdam
Ruimte in een paleis

The Amsterdam Arena, the next few days turned into a Viennese palace.
The Saturday shows feature the Dutch Violinist: Andre Rieu with his Johann Strauss Orchestra in Concert. Andre Rieu brings with him for the decor, the largest stage in the world, his traveling palace.
With dimensions of 125 meter wide, 34 deep and 30 meter high, the replica of the Viennese Schloss Schönbrunn, includes the square and two ice rinks, it is the world's biggest stage. So large that it hardly fits in the Arena. But ten meters and forty meters lower narrowly allows just enough work space for the hundreds of employees who have to build the scenery.
