Jean-Philippe Writes A Children's Book Called "Marie"

Jean-Philippe Rieu not only communicates through music and pictures, but also through words.  For example, he writes lyrics for his chansons, songs and choral works.  He is inspired by laughter, a flower, a child, stillness, nature, love, grief, astonishment...

Jean-Philippe wrote the text of the children's story "Marie and Ballonnie"
At the moment Mark Janssen is working on the illustrations for Marie and Ballonnie.

"Marie" is the story of of a little Fairy by the name of Marie.  From what I could see on Jean-Philippe's website he tells the story live accompanied by his own music.  The book should be released next year in the United States and Canada.

Jean-Philippe also has a new CD titled "Miracle" and you can buy this at his web site

Thank you Jeanine Ann for this information and letting us know about Jean-Philippe's new book.
Jean-Philippe is a very nice man and very talented...his music is very beautiful and I can't wait to hear his new release. Hopefully his book will be released in America as well, I'm sure that it would be very popular.
