With the greatest scenery ever turns Andre Rieu Amsterdam ArenA for a fairy tale. Enjoy against the backdrop of the imposing Schönbrunn-yourself decor and a delusion evening in Vienna, the most romantic city in the world! Of course with Andre Rieu & his Johann Strauss Orchestra and Choir, many well-known soloists, the Platinum Tenors, 80 Vienna Debutantes, bugle corps and trumpeter Edelweiss, a spectacular rise of 150 choir members with torches and 150 pipers. Besides a unique action of the skaters from Holiday on Ice, a golden ballroom with real golden chandeliers, beautiful costumes and wonderful rolls! Finally, the host of this evening also assisted by a very special guest. André van Duin Raskomiek surprised the king of the waltz and his audience with a special performance. An unforgettable concert that you can not miss!

What I was able to watch of this video was, as usual, fantastic! I think Andre looked superb, resplendant as he was, in his bright orange waistcoat. I hope this concert will be released on DVD and we can get it in OZ.

This concert was fantastic! The orange vest was different to say the least, however André wore it in the style that only he could do! Actually it was quite nice as the accents from the JSO, of the same color, blended nicely, it was great. It did take me a little while to get used to seeing the orange however.

why were they all wearing the orange accents?

In this case, the color orange represents the Dutch Postcode lottery, the largest lottery in the Netherlands.

The Dutch Postcode Lottery is Holland’s biggest and most popular charitable lottery. It supports 57 charity organisations including organisations such as UNICEF, Greenpeace, WWF, IUCN and the Clinton Foundation. www.postcodeloterij.nl

They sell access cards for football games, concerts, and other events.

This was a special concert for the people who won concert tickets from the lottery.
