TORONTO, Ont. - Andre Rieu, often called the "modern king of waltz", announced a new date on Tuesday for the concert originally set for June 26.
The concert had to be postponed due to the riots surrounding the G20 meetings.
The Toronto stop of the 'Celebration of Music Tour' is now scheduled for December 12 at 8 PM, at the Air Canada Centre.
If you have a ticket to this past weekend's event, it will still be valid for December's concert, and no exchange is required.
Refunds are also available should you be unable to attend on that date.
Rieu and his 55 piece orchestra had already conducted the sound check this past Saturday, when the ongoing violence forced the performer to postpone the show.
Rieu said his first priority was making sure his fans were safe.
