In a brief summary my husband and I decided it was the best performance we have seen (our 3rd.)
They have never sounded better. The addition of Kimmi is delightful and her Ave Maria I think had everyone with tears in their eyes. of course Carmen and Mirusia were fantastic as were The Tenors. The orchestra as always was outstanding and it is also so much fun to watch the choir.
The great man himself.............looked fabulous, and was at his best, there are barely words to describe him and the pure magic that makes two and half hours fly past as if it were seconds.
We got back to the hotel and I was still dancing. Sleep was impossible!
