Andre Rieu Announces UK Tour For 2012



 



Arguably the world’s most popular classical instrumentalist, Andre Rieu, has announced a UK arena tour for December 2012.

The Dutch violinist topped the Billboard Hot Tour rankings with his 2009 sold-out world stadium tour, the violinist and conductor brings his sensational production to the UK in December 2012.

The musical phenomenon will kick off at Belfast’s Odyssey Arena on December 10th and will visit arenas in Manchester, Newcastle, London and Birmingham. Expect the experience of a lifetime at an Andre Rieu live performance, audiences have been known to jump to their feet and dance in the aisles!

Having been described by critics as “unlike anything else in the entertainment world”, Andre Rieu won the hearts of the British public with the release of his 2009 album ‘Forever Vienna, which broke chart records by reaching Number Two in the UK pop charts as well as going straight in at Number One in the classical charts. He will release his new album, 'And The Waltz Goes On', in the UK on 7th November.
